Name: Staineless Steel HVAC Ventilation Air Damper
HY-F series air volume damper is our company’s new products of developing and producing. Has two models of low leakage and general. Also has two types of folio blade and parallel blade. It combines these advantages of Johnson Controls Inc.(USA) and many Chinese company, simple & reasonable structure, low leakage, small friction torque, low noise, flexible operation, good rigidity of blade, corrosion resistant, easy installation, beautiful appearance, complete variety of products, etc.
Its performance and each parameter index all reach the regulation of standard JB/T7228-94<Volume Damper> of Machinery Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China. It can be widely used in air condition and ventilation system of industrial and civil, to achieve the purpose of controlling air volume exactly.
HY-F series air flow control damper is generally composed of frame, blade, blade shaft, bearing, coupling rod, rubber sealing element and drive device, etc. Among them, the drive device has three types of hand operated, air-operated and electric control. Moreover, the main types are hand operated and electric control. 1. The frame is welded with qualified stainless steel plate 304 with thickness of δ=2mm, which is formed by special rolling machine. In the welding spot place, it is coated with epoxy resin antirust paint after removing oil. 2. The blade is compounded with double-deck qualified stainless steel plate 304 with thickness of δ=1mm, which is formed into corrugated shape by special rolling machine and is spot welded together. It is of strong rigidity and strength, besides, it has the performance of bearing high wind speeds and static pressure. 3. The coupling rod is cold drawn with qualified stainless steel 304. 4. The blade shaft is cold drawn with qualified stainless steel 304 and shaped into square of 10*10mm. It connects with blade firmly without any slip. 5. The bearing, which is made of qualified stainless steel 304, is oil bearing. It can be uninterrupted lubrication and has these advantages of small friction torque, long life and maintenance-free, etc. 6. It is air flow control damper of low leakage type. There is special synthetic rubber sealing element in the edges of blade and up & down sides of frame. So it can ensure that the sealing of blade is reliable and low leakage when the air damper is closed completely. About the synthetic rubber sealing element, it is available of different temperature toleration according to the max. allowable operating temperature when the air damper is in working condition. The max. temperature toleration is 285°C. 7. In the multi-blade control damper, the torque transmission of blades is operated through the coupling rod which is installed in the both ends of air damper. But there is only one end of air damper with the coupling rod when the effective width of air damper ≤400mm. 8. The shape of air damper has two types of rectangle and square-round. The air damper of square-round shape is used in the round air flue, and it perfectly solves the large leakage question of round air damper. 9. F series air flow control damper has many varieties and complete specifications. You can choose the suitable variety according to user requirement to reach the best cost performance and reduce the project cost. Notice: The stainless steel 304has these advantages of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength, good mechanical performance, good room temperature processing performance of deep drawing and bend, etc. no hardening after heat treatment, etc..
